* Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
* Fragrances cannot be exchanged or returned.
* No exchange on discontinued, clearance, or promotional items.
* Original order confirmation/receipt is required.
* Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
